Any Questions?
This sculpture is an homage' to the childhood belief that you  make a wish and blow the Dandelion seeds and watch them float away, then your wish comes true. I also love the childhood innocence of watching the seeds float like little parachutes. It's such a simple act that brings so much amusement.

In creating this sculpture I found that the depth of the image lent itself very well to making the Dandelion look fluffy and the seeds look believable as they float away. I also love the drama of the twilight lighting effect and how the sky colors are reflected on the color of the Dandelion flower and seeds, making the whole image colorful and dramatic.
